Jianglong Shipbuilding has successfully held the keel-laying ceremony for two 20-meter catamaran salmon aquaculture workboats. The two vessels mark the fourth batch of orders under the overall 12-boat contract signed with Norwegian client Moen Marin AS.
The commencement ceremony was attended by Moen Marin AS representatives Mr. Kai, Mr. Tor Eric and Mr. Tomas, together with the Zhongshan ORIENT project team, equipment suppliers and Jianglong Shipbuilding’s project management team.

The deepened strategic cooperation serves as a key milestone for Jianglong’s expansion in the global high-end marine market. It further enhances the brand’s international reputation and core competitiveness across offshore support vessels, aquaculture workboats and port operation vessels.
Designed and built in strict accordance with DNV classification rules and Nordic industry standards, the 22-meter vessels feature a beam of 12 meters and a depth of 5.5 meters. Equipped with an advanced hybrid power system, the workboats balance excellent sailing performance and energy efficiency.
